Oda based referee Emmanuel Dally-Gagba has been appointed to be in the centre in the Ghana Premier League match day 23 outstanding game between Kumasi Asante Kotoko and Accra Hearts of Oak.
The Super Clash which is slated for Sunday August 6, will see Bawa Haruna, Ben Vormawor and Adaari Latif helping Dally-Gagba on the day which will have Ghana’s biggest league game.
Dally-Gagba is familiar with the titanic clash and it can be recollected that in 2015, he was fined by the Ghana Football Association for the delay in the same fixture in February 2015.
