The winner of the 2020/21 Ghana Premier League will be rewarded with GHC 250,000, the Ghana Football Association has announced.
The President of the Ghana Football Association Kurt Okraku made mention of this during the launch of the 2020/21 Ghana Premier League.
The new season kicks off on 14 November with Aduana Stars and Hearts of Oak beginning the campaign at the Nana Agyeman Badu Park in Dormaa.
The ultimate winner of this season’s league will take home a trophy, a cash prize of GHC 250,000, 40 gold medals plus GHC 10,000 worth of groceries from Melcom.
The second placed team also takes home GHC 150,000, 40 silver medals and the third place team takes home GHC 80,000 plus 40 bronze medals.
The Ghana FA also announced Melcom as it new partners for the 2020/21 Ghana Football season.
