Black Stars midfielder, Thomas Partey will be released by Premier League giants Arsenal in June 2025, The Sun has reported.

According to the report sighted by Happy Sports, Thomas Partey is part of 7 players who will be shown the exit by Arsenal at the end of the ongoing 2025/2026 football season.

This is part of efforts by the club to free their wage bill and raise some revenue as manager Mikel Arteta is expected to make new signings to strengthen his team for the 2026/2027 Premier League season.

Partey’s current contract will expire at the end of the season and will leave a free agent as the Gunners are not ready to extend his stay in North London.

The report also states that Oleksandr Zinchenko, Kieran Tierney, Jorginho, Jakub Kiwior, Neto, and Raheem Sterling are the six other players expected to leave Arsenal in June.
