The government is set to conclude the year with a series of major official engagements, including the release of reports on corruption investigations, constitutional reforms, and a proposed national airline.
The Minister for Government Communications, Felix Kwakye Ofosu, announced that at 11:00 a.m. today, December 22, 2025, the Attorney-General and Minister for Justice will return to the Government Accountability Series to disclose details of an investigation into a high-profile corruption case involving a politically exposed person.
Later in the day, at 2:00 p.m., the Constitution Review Committee is expected to present its final report to the President, marking a significant milestone in ongoing efforts to review and potentially reform aspects of the 1992 Constitution.
Mr. Kwakye Ofosu further disclosed that tomorrow, December 23, the National Airline Task Force will submit its report to the President, providing updates on government plans toward establishing a national carrier.
Describing the schedule as a “busy week to wrap up the year,” the Minister extended Christmas greetings to the public, wishing Ghanaians a Merry Christmas as the government rounds off its end-of-year activities.
