The Black Princesses are wasting no time as they gear up for their all-important FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup qualifier against Tunisia in September.
Thirty players have been called into camp at the Ghanaman Soccer Centre of Excellence in Prampram, where preparations officially kick off on Monday, August 18, 2025. For the technical team, this camp is more than just training, it’s a chance to sharpen skills, build unity, and test the hunger of each player ahead of the big clash.
Excitingly, the squad welcomes some fresh faces. Stanford University defender Alexandra Emefa Tay and Scrosoppi FC’s Sania Sereboe have earned their first call-ups, bringing with them valuable international experience that could add an extra spark to the team.
Coaches will be closely watching not just individual performances, but also how well the players gel as a unit. Every drill, every tactical session, and every scrimmage will count as the Princesses fine-tune their game plan for Tunisia.
For Ghana, the mission is clear, book another ticket to the FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup and continue the nation’s proud tradition of making its mark on the global stage.
