The clock is ticking as fast as Ghana’s number one urban radio station, YFM gears up for exciting performances from an array of music stars lined up for the Area Codes Jam in Kumasi.

Scheduled for Saturday November 23, 2019 at the Jubilee Park, the event is set to feature amazing performances from acts in the Ghanaian music industry. Billed for the night are the ‘Zanku’, ‘Eish’ and ‘Naami’ brothers, Dopenation who are set to thrill fans with groundbreaking performances.

The stage will definitely be set on fire as Strongman performs a collection of his hit songs like ‘Transformer’, ‘Immortal’ and his new single ‘Obi pe’.

The female rap god Eno Barony will definitely turn up Kumasi for all the sisters out there. We are going to do the dance with Eddie Khay take ‘Amanfuor girls’ with Quamina Mp. Kojo Cue will also be performing songs from his recently released album ‘for my brothers’.

YFM will also provide the platform for Kumasi based artistes to share the stage with these Ghanaian acts. These underground artistes will perform their locally sought after songs to thrill patrons till they drop tired.

Programs Manager for YFM Kumasi, Nathaniel Osei Kuffuor speaking ahead of the Area Codes Jam, assured listeners of Y 102.5 FM that this year’s event will be massive and fun packed.

“You should expect nothing less from us. We always deliver the highest quality no matter the occasion. This year’s Area Codes Jam is going to be unprecedented. All roads lead to the Jubilee Park on the 23rd of November, 2019.”

“We will shut down Kumasi, provide the chance for underground artiste in the Kumasi area to showcase their talent, make names for themselves and also interact with some of these milestone musicians in the industry.”

“Patrons will not be left out as they would have the opportunity to hang out with the voices behind the shows on the station” he stated.

He also appreciated Black Rock Honey Whiskey for throwing its weight behind the Area Codes Jam. “We at YFM will like to acknowledge Black Rock Honey Whiskey for their immense support in hosting the Area Codes Jam this year.”
