The Controller and Accountant-General’s Department (CAGD) has rolled out an upgraded electronic payslip system for all government employees on the National Payroll, a move aimed at enhancing transparency, security and ease of access to payroll information.
Under the new system, employees are required to log in using their National Identification Authority (NIA) numbers, a measure designed to safeguard personal payroll data while ensuring accuracy across the payroll database.
Officials say the initiative forms part of broader efforts to modernise government payroll management systems and strengthen accountability in public sector wage administration.
To register and access the platform, employees are required to follow these steps:
1. Visit https://gogepayslipgh.com

3. Enter your employee number
4. Input your Ghana Card number for verification
