ECG urges Nuri prepaid meter customers to stock up on credit ahead of system upgrade

Electricity Company of Ghana (ECG) has announced to the general public and it’s cherished customers around Ejisu and it’s environs that Ghana Grid Company Ltd (GRIDCO) will undertake line construction on its pylons from Ejisu Lorry Station to Besease Kelebi Junction today Friday 2nd August 2024 from 8:00am to 5:30pm.

Due to this, electricity supply will be going off to carry out the work.

Some of the places to be affected are Ejisu Fitters, Ejisu Lorry Station, parts of Ejisu market, Besease, Kelebi, Jamasi, Manhyia, Adadientem, Ampabame Boankra, Atia, Hwereso, Kubease, Duampompo, New Koforidua and Nobewam.

ECG therefore regrets any inconvenience this will cause it’s cherished customers.

This was contained in press statement signed by Ing. Sylvester Afedo, Ejisu District Engineer.
