The presidential candidate of Movement for Change, Alan Kwadwo Kyerematen has reacted to the “ungrateful and traitor” tags on him by some leading members of the New Patriotic Party.

According to Alan Kyerematen who has labeled the NPP a declining political party, he served them well and left at the right time.

Alan made this comment while reacting to attack leveled against him by Chairman Wontumi, Communications Minister Ursula Owusu and other NPP members for criticizing former president John Agyekum Kufuor’s decision to endorse Dr. Bawumia.

He said in his media engagement that he put Ghanaians first by leaving the NPP, a party he has supported for years as a founding member.

“That is a mark of a statesman; that is a mark of leadership. That is why I came out at a time that no serious person in NPP can make a claim against me, no serious person.”

“So, I did my time, and I left at the right time. And that is why people believe in my message,” he said.
