
Ghana’s female referee Juliet Appiah has been appointed by African football governing body CAF to officiate the Olympic qualifier between DR Congo and Equatorial Guinea.
The women’s qualifiers come off this weekend and the Ghanaian will be the most influential person in the game following her appointment.
Juliet has been assigned to the first leg of the encounter in Congo DR.
The game is scheduled to take place on Wednesday August 28 in Kinshasha, DR Congo.
