As part effort to celebrate its 10 anniversary, Nsem Pii, a socio-religious show aired on Happy FM has supported two orphanages in the Eastern Region.

The team together with listeners of the show donated food items, toiletries and clothing to the Basco Orphanage in Koforidua and the Kingdom Dynamic Future Home Ghana, Kukurantumi.

Presenting the items, Programmes Manager for Happy98.9FM, Elwoode Mantey, quoting James 1:27 ( Religion that is pure and undefiled before God the Father is this: to visit orphans and widows in their affliction, and to keep oneself unstained from the world.)

“truly this is the greatest form of worship to Christ and those in need. We were touched to help the homes when they needed it and we are also glad they accepted and welcomed us here. We brought you clothes, bags of rice, detergents and other items. We also thank our listeners who supported this project in kind or cash.”

He further expressed the teams commitment in supporting the homes with school supplies to make learning easier for the children.

“Taking care of children is both a blessing to the giver and the children being supported, and we urge all to support these homes no matter how small it may be for God’s blessings,” he added.

Receiving the items on behalf of Basco Orphanage, Reverend Victor Ofori shared words of blessings to all who supported the project. “With Nsem Pii celebrating its 10 anniversary with this project, I pray it brings greatness to Happy98.9FM and the Nsem Pii show. We pray God’s blessings on all who supported the donation.”

For his part, Pastor Tony Bless of Kingdom Dynamic Future Home Ghana thanked the team for the kind gesture. “We are surprised by the contributions of Happy98.9FM and the Nsem Pii team to our home. The brand always makes sure we receive every cent contributed to us by its listeners and we can only say thank you and God bless you to Happy98.9FM, its listeners and all who supported us and keep supporting of Kingdom Dynamic Future Home.”
