A former First National Vice-chairperson of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Anita Desoso has slammed Ghanaian presenter Kwame Sefa Kayi for what she describes as unprofessionalism.

Anita was reacting to the Chairman General’s interview with President Nana Akufo-Addo.

According to her, the presenter could not keep the President in check when he went overboard with some of his comments during his interview.

The politician was particularly unhappy about the demeanor of Kwame Sefa Kayi when the President stated that the Aflao chief should complete the abandoned E-Blocks if he feels strongly about it.

During an interview with Happy FM’s ‘Epa Hoa Daben’ show, she expressed: “Sefa Kayi as an Ewe boy could not even restrain the President when he insulted an Ewe chief and he was just there laughing at the President’s comments.”

Angry Anita Desoso during the interview expressed in the local Ewe language that Sefa Kayi had “acted stupidly”.

The Paramount Chief of Aflao, Torgbui Adzonu-Gaga Amenya Fiti V, had demanded that the government swiftly commission the almost completed but abandoned Senior High School project in his town.

Torgbui Fiti V, who said he had become frustrated by the lack of school buildings in his town, demanded that government opens the GHS 9 million school complex within four months.

But President Nana Addo in reaction to this demand, in an interview with Kwame Sefa Kayi retorted that if the Paramount Chief feels strongly about the project, he can complete it himself. All the while, Kwame Sefa Kayi was laughing.
