Faustina Elipklim Akurugu, the Parliamentary Candidate for the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) has emphasized that she is hopeful of winning the Dome Kwabenya Constituency parliamentary seat.
According to Faustina Elipklim Akurugu, she will deliver the constituents of Dome Kwabenya from the shackles of the NPP like the way Moses delivered the Israelites from the wilderness.
She told the press during a visit to the Atomic Police Station special voting center that feedback from the communities shows that the NDC will take the Dome Kwabenya seat for the first time.
“I’m not a prophetess but looking at the work we have done, we are going to win the seat. I have listened to the people and I will do what they want.”
I have interacted with all the groups and that is why I’m confident that I will win. For 20 years you have been in the wilderness and I’m coming to deliver you like Moses delivered the Israelites.”
