The Member of Parliament for Obuasi West, Kwaku Kwarteng, has expressed strong confidence in New Patriotic Party (NPP) presidential aspirant Kennedy Agyapong’s ability to secure the party’s flagbearer position and ultimately become President of Ghana.

Mr. Kwarteng, who is a member of the Kennedy Agyapong campaign team, made the remarks during an interview, noting that the outspoken politician has the urgency and determination required to address Ghana’s long-standing challenges.

According to him, Kennedy Agyapong distinguishes himself from other politicians through his willingness to challenge entrenched systems that have hindered national progress.

“Kennedy Agyapong is a different kind of politician. He is the only politician I see across the political divide who can disrupt the status quo that has held this country back. That is what makes him stand out, and I believe he has the right sense of urgency to confront the wrongs that have affected this country for so long,” Mr. Kwarteng stated.
