The Speaker of Parliament, Rt. Hon. Alban Sumana Kingsford Bagbin, has announced that the House will reconvene in two weeks’ for its next meeting.
In a formal notice issued from his office, the Speaker stated that the third meeting of the first session of the ninth Parliament of the Fourth Republic will officially commence on Tuesday, October 14, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. at Parliament House in Accra.
He urged Members of Parliament to continue to actively participate in the activities of the House as it prepares to resume business.
The reconvening will mark the continuation of legislative work, including the consideration of bills, motions, and other matters of national importance.
