Samuel Eshun Resigns from Radio Gold

Award winning political radio show host Samuel Eshun has resigned from Radio Gold. Mr. Eshun has left his position as both Morning Show host and host of weekend political talk show, ‘Alhaji and Alhaji’.

Our checks confirm that Mr. Eshun has indeed tendered in his resignation and had duly thanked management for the support he received whiles at the station.

During his time with the station, Samuel Eshun was host for two flagship programmes; ‘The Gold Power Drive, which he hosted from October 2015 and the weekend socio-economic and political current affairs programme, ‘Alhaji and Alhaji’ talk show.

Speaking to Mr. Eshun he confirmed the news and, in his usual affable manner thanked Radio Gold and its listeners for the role they played in the advancement of his media career.

‘’I sincerely thank Radio Gold for the support that they have provided me during the past five years. I truly appreciate the opportunity the station provided me to sharpen my journalistic and radio presentation skills.  I am grateful to the station for providing a good working environment for me to create lasting memories’’ he stated.

‘’Just like every chapter, mine with Radio Gold has come to an end. I really enjoyed my tenure with Gold’’ he added.

Samuel Eshun has worked in the Ghanaian media landscape for over ten (10) years. He has supervised and executed major shows plus promotions and event campaigns for major brands.

When asked what next he is going to do after this bold decision, Mr. Eshun indicated that happier times are coming and that he is going to use the days ahead to reflect on his life and plan for the next phase of his but did not stop short of indicating his fans can monitor his social media handles for any future updates concerning his next line of action.
