Nutrifoods Ghana Limited, producers of Tasty Tom Enriched Tomato Mix, today, Thursday 30th October, 2025 gave the public a rare opportunity to have first-hand experience of the product manufacturing process. The initiative, which according to management of Nutrifoods Ghana seeks to enhance transparency as well as reinforcing its commitment towards safety, nutrition and public trust, was greenlighted by the Food and Drugs Authority.

Selected consumers and media personalities and houses from the Greater Accra Region were granted the opportunity to tour the factory to familiarize themselves with production chain, from sourcing to the final product. Attendees explored the factory’s advanced production lines, engaged in interactive Q&A sessions and witnessed first hand the rigorous safety and hygiene protocols.

“Consumers trust is not just a goal, it’s our foundation. This tour is a transparent demonstration of the care and precision behind every pack of Tasty Tom”, a Nutrifoods Ghana’s rep who led the tour intimated.

The Representative averred that Nutrifoods Ghana is ever committed to the safety of their products and assured consumers that they will adhere to safety standards that safeguards the health of their consumers and protect its brand integrity.

Some consumers who participated in the tour expressed their happiness sharing they have garnered additional knowledge about Tasty Tom which has improved their confidence in the brand.

The initiative forms part of Tasty Tom’s broader commitment to openness and accountability following recent quality concerns that were swiftly addressed in collaboration with regulatory authorities. Nutrifoods Ghana has reaffirmed its pledge to deliver safe, nutritious and high quality products for Ghanaian households.
