Spiritualist Nana Adjei Baffour has commended Alan Kyeremanten’s selection of a “Butterfly” (Afrafranto) as the symbol for his newly launched Movement for Change.

He explained that the Butterfly (Afrafranto) holds spiritual significance, often emerging during challenging periods to cause reforms and instigate change

According to him, the Butterfly (Afrafranto) serves multiple purposes, bringing light to individuals’ lives and serving as a testament to God’s continued presence.

However, he believes that, while Alan has selected a butterfly as his the symbol, he should adhere to the features and missions of the essential butterfly archetype.

“Butterfly (Afranfranto) portrays spiritual significance and so, if Alan has selected its symbol for his political party, he should live in the light and not darkness. He should also bring development in the country because that’s what Butterfly does”
He explained the spiritual essence of the butterfly in an interview with Sefah Danquah on the Happy Morning Show.

On September 26, Alan made an announcement officially resigning from the New Patriotic Party (NPP) and declared his intention to run as an independent candidate in the 2024 General Elections under the Movement for Change.

He also expressed discontentment over the treatment he has received from party executives in the NPP.
