The Executive Secretary of the Chamber of Petroleum Consumers-Ghana (COPEC), Mr. Duncan Amoah has said that Ghanaians have lost confidence in the Power Distribution Services (PDS) investigations.

Speaking in an interview on the “Epahoa Daben” show on Happy FM, he stated: “I don’t think Ghanaians will have any confidence in PDS investigation.”

Mr. Duncan Amoah justified his assertion by saying that certain facts pertaining to the PDS deal have been misrepresented by our leaders and as such PDS as a company has been shielded from certain punitive measures.

He also added that the operations of PDS whilst under serious fraudulent allegations is worrisome.
