Hearts of Oak legend, Charles Allotey, says the current team can dominate Ghana football for sometime if the team is able to work hard.
The Phobians won the double last season after going trophy less for a decade.
The Ghanaian giants won the Ghana Premier League title and the FA Cup. The team was also crowned the Super Cup champions for winning the two titles.
Charles Allotey, who played for The Phobians in the late 90’s said the team can dominate the domestic scene with their current crop of players
