GCB Bank takes customer care a step higher at 2022 Customer Care week Celebration

Ghana’s most welcoming bank, GCB Bank PLC, took customer care a notch higher when its Managing Director, Mr. Kofi Adomakoh, relinquished his traditional managerial role to serve some customers at its Head Office as part of this year’s Customer Care Week Celebration.

This unique gesture formed part of efforts to reaffirm the Bank’s commitment to the delivery of quality customer care whiles fraternizing with its cherished customers.

Speaking at the event, Managing Director GCB Bank PLC, Mr. Kofi Adomakoh, expressed appreciation to customers for their loyalty and patronage over the years while lauding GCB staff for their hardwork and support.

“For us at GCB, customers who are both internal and external stakeholders form an integral part of all we do. Thus, it is only proper that we leverage on occasion like this to show our appreciation to customers for their unique contributions to the success of the Bank. We would like to say thank you to all our cherished customers for their loyalty and patronage over the years.  To our staff who always go the extra mile to ensure every customer has a unique experience with the bank, we are most grateful.” he said

Commenting further, the MD pledged the Bank’s commitment to the continuous development of unique products aimed at providing unique experiences for customers. He said the Bank would continue to leverage on technology to meet the ever-changing needs of its customers.

“GCB is a bank with whose customer base is widespread and broad with a lot of needs. However, we have been able to develop bespoke products which adequately satisfy the needs of our customers. Inspite of this, we promise not to relent in our efforts, and we assure our customers that we shall continue to leverage on innovation and technology to develop new and exciting products to make their banking transactions seamless and one of a kind.”

Beaming with excitement after being treated to exceptional customer service, Lourdes Ampene, a GCB Customer said “My experiences with GCB Bank are always amazing but today’s is exceptional. I would like to commend the leadership and staff of GCB for setting this week aside to celebrate customers.

“GCB Bank has over the years evolved and positioned itself to better serve our needs as customers. I would therefore encourage Ghanaians to sign up with GCB to enjoy the best of services within the banking space,” she added.

This year’s Customer Care Week celebration would see staff and leadership of GCB engage in several activities to strengthen the Bank’s relationship with its customers. Key among them is the giving away of customized gifts to selected customers.
