The Ashanti regional youth organizer of the largest opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) has joined the race for the position of National Youth Organizer of the party.
Mr. Brogya Genfi, made this declaration on Happy FM’s socio-political programme dubbed ‘Epa Hoa Daben’ hosted by Kwame Affrifa Mensah in Accra.
‘I will wrestle for the seat if the National Executive of the party gives the green light for internal party contest’ he said.
He noted that members of his campaign team are lacing their lacing boots to oust the current Youth Organizer of the party, Sidi Abubakar if the party set the date for the contest.
He said desire of every army officer is to hit the rank of a General in the army and the decision to vie for the national executive position is to move up ladder in Ghanaian politics.
He explained that the youth wing of the party of the NDC lacks dynamism and he is the only person to offer that dynamism going into the 2020 elections to unseat the governing New Patriotic Party (NPP).
Speaking on the issue of the posters of the Vice president for 2020, he said the NPP is good at secretly posting posters.
He said the same thing they did with the pasting of the posters of ‘who killed Atta-Mills’ in the Central Region when the NDC was launching its manifesto for the 2016 elections.
He said his tempted to believe element in the NPP did it because the Vice president in denying the action should have called for an investigations into the act.
