The member of Parliament for Dormaa East Constituency, Paul Twum Barima has revealed that the absense of the minority and delay in the Mid-Year Budget presentation 2024 is as a result of a minority caucus meeting

According to him, he hd been informed that the minority was having a caucus meeting causing the delay.

“The last time I checked i am informed that the minority caucus said they are in Caucus meeting and I’m yet to find out weather they have ended the meeting or not”.

Responding to the alleged information that the delay in Mid-Year Budget presentation is because the MPs are demanding the release of common fund arrears for four quarters, Paul Twum said even though common fund affects every member of parliament he is not aware of such reports.
