The 2024 Presidential Candidate of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, is officially commencing a nationwide “Thank You” tour today, Wednesday, April 23, at the party’s headquarters in Accra.

This post-election tour, sanctioned by the party’s National Council, is themed “In All Things, Give Thanks to God” (1 Thessalonians 5:18), and is designed to express heartfelt gratitude to party members, supporters, and the general public for their steadfast support throughout the 2024 election season.

Today’s launch sets the stage for a countrywide journey that will take Dr. Bawumia, alongside top party executives and campaign team members, through all 16 regions of Ghana.

The tour officially begins in the Western Region on Saturday, April 26, and is expected to conclude in the Central Region on June 4, 2025.

Incorporating interfaith thanksgiving services, the tour will feature both Christian and Islamic prayers, underscoring the NPP’s commitment to national unity and religious tolerance.

The NPP encourages all citizens to join in the spirit of gratitude as the party embarks on this significant national engagement.
