Ghanaian businessman, politician and philanthropist, John Dumelo has been featured as the second guest on the Y Leaderboard Series hosted by Rev.Erskine on the Mid-Morning Radio show.
During the course of the interview, his wife, Gifty Mawunya Nkornu, called into the show to surprise her husband. In an emotional tribute to her husband, she stated; “Hello Mr. Dumelo, this is Mrs. Dumelo. I just want to say we appreciate you so much. Thank you. We want to say a big thank you to Mr. Dumelo for being an amazing father, an amazing husband and his superb ability to work so hard to provide for us. I want to use this opportunity to say I really admire how hard he works and especially how thoughtful he is about the poor and needy”.
The gesture by his wife left him speechless as he did not expect his lovely wife to display her love on air.
The couple recently celebrated the first anniversary of their marriage. The couple got married in May 2019 at the Royal Senchi Resort in Akosombo and welcomed their first child in October the previous year.
