Finance Minister Dr. Cassiel Ato Forson says Ghana has successfully restored economic clarity, certainty, and stability in less than 200 days since the current administration took office.
Addressing parliament on the 2025 Mid-Year Budget Review, he indicated that, “In less than 200 days, we have brought back clarity, certainty, stability and purpose to our economic policy in the nation” the Minister shared.
He attributed the turnaround to swift and targeted interventions, noting that the impact is already being felt across the country.
“We have made significant progress and the signs of recovery are obvious, evident, noticeable and visible, tangible and they are being felt”, Dr. Forson mentioned during his presentation.
Dr. Ato Forson emphasized that the government’s approach is rooted in action, not rhetoric, and pledged continued discipline and reform to sustain the gains.
