Asante Kotoko were denied their first win of the campaign as Emmanuel Clottey struck late in the game to rescue Berekum Chelsea from defeat in this matchday two fixture of the 2020/21 Ghana Premier League.

The Porcupine Warriors were hoping to clinch a win after a disappointing display in their matchday one fixture against Eleven Wonders at the Accra Sports Stadium.

Kotoko scored first in the game through Kwame Poku in the 18th minute of the first half.

Chelsea created a lot of chances but could not go past Kotoko goalkeeper Felix Annan who was impressive on the day.

Annan could not finish the game as he was substituted after picking up an injury.

Emmanuel Clottey who came on a substitute in the second half scored from a free kick in additional time to get the equalizer for Berekum Chelsea.

Kotoko have accrued two points in two games in the ongoing season.
