The Interior Minister Henry Quartey Issues stern warning on Election Violence.
Following recent clashes during the voter registration exercise, resulting in the arrest of MP Collins Dauda, Quartey vows to crack down on anyone instigating violence before, during, or after the 2024 elections, regardless of party affiliation.

In a press briefing in Accra, the Minister of Interior, Henry Quartey, reaffirmed his ministry’s dedication to guaranteeing a tranquil and secure environment for the electoral process, ensuring a violence-free experience for all citizens.

Minister Henry Quartey assures that the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP) is committed to a peaceful transfer of power if they lose the upcoming general elections, prioritizing the nation’s stability and democracy.
