Ghanaian Rapper, Kwesis Arthur has reacted to losing out on the Viewers Choice Award at the just ended BET awards.
Kwesi Arthur lost the coveted award to Sjava of South Africa.
Been Ghana’s only nominee for this year’s awards, the country rallied behind him with their votes and support but that was not enough to win the Tema-based rapper the crown.
Reacting to the loss some minutes after the awards, Kwesi Arthur in a tweet said “How can I lose when I came from nothing”.
He had earlier in several interviews indicated that he never envisaged that he will be nominated for such a prestigious award and even if he does not win, he is a winner because his work has been give the needed recognition.
