Minister for Defence, Dr Edward Omane Boamah, has stated that President John Mahama is showing a strong commitment to achieving lasting transformational change during his current term.

In a Facebook post on Monday, 28 April, Dr Boamah conveyed his confidence in the President’s dedication to building a solid legacy for Ghana.

As part of activities lined up for the week, Dr Boamah indicated that President Mahama would be launching two major initiatives designed to empower Ghana’s youth and support small businesses.

The Adwumawura initiative will provide critical support to young entrepreneurs, enabling them to grow their businesses and make significant contributions to the economy.

Additionally, the National Apprenticeship Programme (NAP) will offer skills training across various trades, aiming to improve employability and promote self-sufficiency among young people.
