Newly outdoored Overlord of Dagbon Ya-Naa Abukari Mahama II has called on investors to make their way to his kingdom to invest.

He said the kingdom is much endowed in natural resources and a gamut of areas is available to investors from all walks of life

He mentioned mining, sheabutter and building as areas which businessmen and businesswomen can invest.

Ya-Naa Abukari II made this known on Friday, January 25, when he was addressing a large crowd during his investiture.

The former Chief of Savelugu said he will make sure there is peace during his reign.

“Let me take this opportunity to call on all investors to come to Dagbon to invest.”

Ya-Naa Abukari II was enskinned the 42nd overlord of Dagbon on Friday, January 18, 2019.

He sits on a skin, which has suffered a protracted conflict following the death of two predecessors – Ya-Naa Yakubu Andani II and Ya-Naa Mahamadu Abdulai IV.

The conflict spanned 17 years.

His speech on Friday was read on his behalf by Bo-Na.
