The Ghana Grid Company Ltd (GRIDCo) and the Electricity Company of Ghana (ECG) have cited technical issues at the Ghana National Gas Company’s (GNGC) Gas Processing Plant in Atuabo as the cause of the recent intermittent power supply, commonly referred to as ‘dumsor.’
GRIDCo and ECG in a joint statement offered an unreserved apology for the inconvenience and assured the public that GNGC engineers are working to resolve the problem and restore full gas supply.
They assured the public that engineers from GNGC are actively working to resolve the issue and restore the full supply of gas.
