Ghana Premier League champions Wa All Stars have been drawn against Libya giants Al Ahli Tripoli in the 2017 edition of the CAF Champions League preliminary round.
Wa All Stars, who will be venturing Africa for the first time, will seek to make a massive impression in the continental challenge.
The Wa based club will host the first leg in the weekend of 10-12 February while the second leg will be staged in the weekend of 17-19 of February.
Another Ghanaian club that will be representing the nation in next year’s CAF Confederation Cup is Bechem United who will square off with Algerian giants MC Algiers.
