A Canadian based Ghanaian musician has stated in an interview that Sarkodie, Kwame Eugene and KiDi are far more popular than M.anifest.
The new musician known as Pauli B said this in an interview with Zionfelix.net when she arrived in the country on Monday. She stated in that interview that, if the list of the top 5 most popular Ghanaian artistes in Canada is mentioned, Manifest’s name wouldn’t come up in it.
Mentioning the list, she mentioned Sarkodie, Shatta Wale, Kidi, Kuami Eugene and Stonebwoy as the top 5 most sought after Ghanaian musicians in Canada.
When asked if Ghanaian rapper, singer and songwriter M.anifest real name Kwame Ametepee Tsikata is well-known among the Ghanaian community in Canada like the others she mentioned, Pauli B who was not ready to create confusion with her reply said; “I can’t really say that”.
The ‘Dedeede’ songstress confessed her love for M.anifest’s songs but disclosed that she does not hear his songs in Canada often so cannot be compared to the five musicians she named.
Pauli B at the airport also said she is in Ghana to spend three months and whilst here, she will be collaborating with top Ghanaian musicians like Sarkodie, MzVee, Kofi Kinaata and many others.
