Best Reggae/Dancehall Artiste of the year at the 2018 AFRIMA Awards, Stonebwoy has sent a message to his music rival Shatta Wale asking him to stop disrespecting him by tarnishing his image.
In an interview with KMJ on Showbiz Now on Joy Prime, the ‘Wame’ hitmaker had some strong words for Shatta Wale.
“I will accord respect to him for what he has achieved for himself but he should stop; once again…stop disrespecting me!” Stonebwoy warned.
“I’m talking for myself stop trying to disregard me…it wouldn’t work, it’s only showing more of who he is,” he added.
Stonebwoy further responded to Shatta Wale’s decision to organise a concert on the same day he would be holding his Stonebwoy Live Concert on 28th December 2018.
It was reported earlier that Shatta Wale would be holding a “Thanksgiving concert” same day as Stonebwoy’s “Bhim Concert”.
Stonebwoy stated that Shatta Wale doesn’t want him to progress but he is not perturbed at all and that Shatta Wale’s decision to hold his concert on the same day as his, will not affect his show in any way.
