Ghana Premier League champions Bibiani Gold Stars have been drawn against Algerian outfit JS Kabylie in the preliminary round of the 2025/26 CAF Champions League.
The Miners will begin their maiden continental campaign at home in Ghana between September 19 and 21, before heading to Algeria for the return leg from September 26 to 28.
The aggregate winner will advance to the second preliminary round, where they will face either Sierra Leone’s East End Lions or Tunisia’s US Monastir.
Gold Stars earned their historic spot in Africa’s premier club competition by clinching the 2024/25 Ghana Premier League title — a landmark achievement that marks their first appearance on the continental stage.
