Stop showing off and do something praiseworthy in Nima – Reggae artiste to Shatta Wale

Ghanaian Dancehall king Shatta Wale has been prompted by reggae artiste ‘Ages Africa’ to do something laudable in Nima where his struggle began.

Ages Africa told Foster Romanus on e.TV Ghana’s entertainment show ‘The Late Nite Celebrity Show’ that the few things he did not like about the ‘Gringo’ hitmaker even though he completely adores him as a great artiste.

“He said he is from Nima, he is big now, I know Shatta Wale is big and I don’t disagree with him going to live in East Legon but I think he should go back and do something.

At least take care of some two kids and pay their school fees, build a church, build a mosque, do a road because I don’t think you can move from your hood to another hood and be showing off,” he asserted.

“I think Shatta Wale is a great artist but I think that is not right, I don’t even agree with artists showing their houses and assets because to ‘Rasta’, I don’t think this is done,” he added.

“I think Shatta Wale is a great artist but it is not right and I don’t agree with artists showing off their houses and assets. I don’t think this is done in ‘Rasta’”, he added.

According to him, reggae legends Bob Marley and Lucky Dube would not do things like that and he follows in their footsteps because of the ‘Rasta’ and a reggae artiste.
